Young couple has 1 room for rent in Exec Apt. Clean and privacy asssured. Fully furnished-aircon, queen bed,wardrobe, study desk and fan etc. Also free broadband access. Free to use heater, washing machine, fridge etc. Near MRT and amenities like 24hr coffeeshop and NTUC. Non-smokers. Rent $420 per month.

They never say if they allow pets though. But this is the best i’ve come across so far. I like young couple, and privacy. Plus they sound really nice. Well at least the advert sounds nice.

Ideal place 2:
woodlands dr 52 near admiralty mrt. furnished with bed,cupboard without air con,,,friendly couple waiting for new tenant. S$ 400.00. Pets: YES!!!

Pros: can keep pets.

Ideal place 3:
Master room for rent at jurong west
1 master bed room for rent at blk 943 jurong west st 91, near NTU, SBS 242/179 from Boon Lay Interchange. 2 female/1 male only $320-$450, available from 1 Apr 2008.

Don’t know if can keep pets anot. Near NTU/NUS though. Own bathroom.
