My sister said that when i insisted i sounded ok when i speak mandarin. Ok, i don’t usually think very highly of my sister but i just did, not long ago, when she spoke fluent mandarin. I was like “wa, you damn chinese!” But of course i told her it’s a compliment else she might just follow her useless sister’s footsteps and fail terribly in mandarin. Now, we don’t want that, do we? Not when the O levels is so near.

Oh, i almost teared when i recalled how my primary school mandarin teacher humiliated me in class. Sigh. Oh, that my sister made another interesting comment, “last time when my mandarin teacher treated me badly i told myself that the teacher was jealous because my surname is nice. That’s just a way of comforting myself.” Ain’t my sister brilliant!

Apparently she approached the New Paper because she had a hard time finding a partner. According to her, they(New Paper) ran an introduction story on her and there were some response from some guys. She couldn’t receive the responses cause the reporter wanted a story on her exs* which i couldnt agree to.
